We will give you 100% of your money back for all Fresh Store Builder licenses, no questions asked, providing you request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
We know that you will be happy with Fresh Store Builder so we don't consider it a risk to offer a lenient refund policy. We also understand that you want some kind of guarantee that this will work for you.
There may also be situations were you can no longer use Fresh Store Builder due to commitments or change of situation. We sympathise with this and want to be flexible our users as much as possible.
Simply delete any sites that you have created with Fresh Store Builder and then contact us via your account, within 30 days of purchase. We will then process your refund as soon as possible.
Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.
Important - if you open a Paypal Dispute instead of contacting us then your refund will be delayed, possibly by a few weeks, due to Paypal holding the funds and doing a manual review. Doing this will also trigger an administration fee deductible from your refund total. Simply contact our support team via your account, as per the instructions above, and your full refund will be processed swiftly.
Due to the bespoke nature we do not offer refunds on our additional services such as Additional Templates, Logo Design, Article Writing, Store Installations and Link Building Packages. This also does not apply to developer licenses.
